Mark Nagel, PT

 

Mark is the founder of Belle Mead Physical Therapy. He graduated from Daemen College in 1984, and has been practicing sports and orthopedic rehabilitation for over 36 years. Mark opened Belle Mead Physical Therapy with a vision to provide a comfortable and encouraging environment for outpatient physical therapy services. Mark and his highly skilled staff are dedicated to providing their patients with top quality physical therapy care.

Robin Fanizzi, PT, DPT

Robin has been a therapist at Belle Mead Physical Therapy since 2005. She graduated from Russell Sage College’s Physical Therapy program in 1993 and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Stockton University in 2012. In addition to providing orthopedic physical therapy, Robin has additional training in Women’s Health. She treats incontinence, pelvic pain and post mastectomy patients.

Steve Pickell, PTA

Steve received his Physical Therapy Assistant degree in 1996 from Newbury College in Massachusetts and has been with Belle Mead Physical Therapy since graduation. Steve works in all areas of physical therapy with a concentration in sports and orthopedic therapy for all age groups. Steve’s specialty is returning athletes to their fullest function and has been able to translate that skill into all areas of orthopedics.

Susan Pristas, OT, CHT

Susan Pristas, OT, CHT, graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 1984. She became a Certified Hand Therapist in 1993. Susan has worked in a wide range of settings, including acute care, home care and inpatient rehabilitation. Since 1991, she has been a hand therapist at several outpatient hand rehabilitation centers both in California and New Jersey. Susan has worked closely with hand surgeons to rehabilitate people with a variety of upper extremity injuries, including traumatic injuries, arthritis and repetitive stress injuries. She has participated in patient rounds, journal club meetings and anatomy labs with physicians. Susan has had the opportunity to observe numerous surgeries and present two workshops to beginning hand therapists. She enjoys fabricating custom splints and learning more about specific treatment techniques through continuing education courses.
