Mark Nagel, PT
Mark Nagel is a highly regarded physical therapist with over 40 years of experience in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation. He earned his degree from Dameon College in 1984 and has dedicated himself to improving the lives of his patients through personalized care ever since. He is certified in Sportsmetrics and Body Balance for Performance.
In 1990, Mark founded Belle Mead Physical Therapy with a mission to provide exceptional care to his local community. His practice is known for its comprehensive approach to treating a diverse range of injuries across all age groups. Mark is known for his holistic philosophy, aiming not only to alleviate current pain but also to identify and address the underlying causes of his patients' issues. He empowers them with knowledge to prevent future injuries and enhance their overall well-being. Mark remains committed to advancing his field by staying current with the latest in physical therapy. Beyond his clinical work, he actively engages with the community and has mentored many aspiring healthcare professionals over the years.
A lifelong advocate of active living, Mark practices what he preaches by maintaining a vibrant and healthy lifestyle. Some of his favorite ways to stay active are by playing tennis, snowboarding, and chasing after his granddaughter.
Carlos S Dua, PTA
Carlos is a talented and caring physical therapist assistant with three decades of experience. He earned his A.A.S. from Union County College in 1996 and has been practicing as a PTA ever since.
Throughout his career, Carlos has worked in a variety of physical therapy practices and rehabilitation facilities, gaining invaluable experience with a varied range of patients and injuries.
Known for delivering personalized care in a friendly and approachable manner, Carlos is dedicated to providing his patients with the best care and enhancing their quality of life.
Jinal Gandhi, PT, DPT
Jinal Gandhi is an accomplished and energetic physical therapist with over 12 years of experience in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, pediatric physical therapy, and pelvic floor muscle function and rehabilitation. She earned her BPT from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, MPH from the University of Northern Virginia, and DPT from Touro College. Jinal has received specialized training in areas such as functional mobilization, lumbo-pelvic integration, and clinical instruction.
Throughout her career, Jinal has been dedicated to improving her patients' quality of life through personalized physical therapy interventions and contributing to public health initiatives aimed at enhancing community wellness. She specializes in treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions, employing manual therapy techniques such as functional mobilization and myofascial release. Her expertise extends to neurological rehabilitation, where she applies Neurodevelopmental Techniques (NDT) and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) to enhance motor function. Additionally, Jinal has a strong background in pediatric physical therapy, focusing on comprehensive evaluation and customized treatment strategies for children with cerebral palsy and developmental disorders.
Jinal's diverse educational background and specialized certifications underscore her commitment to continuing education and delivering high-quality care. Her holistic approach to physical therapy is evident in her expertise in pelvic floor muscle function and rehabilitation, addressing both orthopedic and functional aspects of rehabilitation. Norma Glennon, OTR, CHT
Norma Glennon, OTR, CHT is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist with over 30 years of clinical experience. She attended Kean University and holds an NDT Certification and CHT Certification.
Norma began her career in OP Rehabilitation and became very interested in hand therapy. She has worked with the OP team to develop and implement assessment and intervention education training modules for therapists interested in the hand therapy specialty area and lead a hand therapy clinical mentorship program for beginning therapists focused on obtaining certification in hand therapy. She has also participated in professional education courses and hand therapy screenings with multiple physicians. She has presented lectures on hand therapy for Kean University students and participated in an event with Seton Hall University students.
Norma specializes in upper extremity orthopedics and neurological conditions, as well as scar management.
Michael Mullins, MAPT
Mike brings over 31 years of experience as a dedicated physical therapist to the Belle Mead PT Team. He attended Nassau Community College and Touro College and holds an AAS, BS, and MAPT.
While Mike’s primary focus is on orthopedic rehabilitation, Mike values treating all areas of the body and finds joy in working with a diverse range of patients and injuries.
Beyond his professional expertise, Mike practices what he preaches by staying active. He shares a passion for sports, and enjoys bike rides and visits to the shore. Mike is known to infuse humor (dad jokes) into his practice, believing it enhances the overall experience for his patients.
Jae Prowse, PTA
Jae Prowse is a dedicated and skilled physical therapist assistant with over three years of experience at Belle Mead PT. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University and a PTA degree from Mercer County Community College.
Jae is passionate about providing excellent care to people of all ages with a variety of injuries. His extensive experience includes working with sports injuries and balance-related issues. He is committed to continuous learning and is currently expanding his knowledge in the biomechanical approach to therapy. He is passionate about staying up to date on new techniques and methodologies to enhance patient outcomes.
Outside of his professional life, Jae enjoys attending concerts and listening to music.
